From day one with the audio recordings, Oksana has set to make Mel out as a monster, and while he sure seemed to be on one at first, the little details of her story that are constantly changing are not doing anything to support her character.
That’s what Mel Gibson is arguing to a judge while he seeks sole custody with baby Lucia. Mel Gibson’s team will ask the judge for sole custody with monitored visitation for Oksana. and also no overnight visits.
They are claiming that her derogatory and defaming allegations about Mel are not only damaging to him, but very inconsistent. Oksana Grigorieva was just on Larry King Live last night bashing Gibson. She was bringing up things that have yet to be mentioned in the past three months that this story has been going on.
The judge has also already warned her that she could lose the child if she talks to the media.
It’s hard to be on Mel Gibson’s side here after hearing the tapes and knowing he slapped her, but it’s hard to take the side of an obvious fame whore who is out for only one thing: Mel’s cash.
We think Oksana Grigorieva should lose custody of the baby, and apparently we’re not the only ones!
A poll on TMZ.com has 70% of the 83,000 voters in favor of Oksana losing custody, to only 30% saying she should keep it.
