Every understudy dreams of the day when their principle comes down with the flu and they are finally able to step in. However with the musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, at this point understudies should be terrified to perform. The super expensive show featuring original music by U2, has been riddled with injuries, tech difficulties and down right chaos since before it’s premiere last week. The newest injury is a concussion by actress Natalie Mendoza when she was hit by a rope in the head. The stunt heavy show includes action that takes hovering over the heads of the audience and if this keeps up, people will soon be too scared to see the show.
