Dane Cook’s crook brother Darren McCauley has been ordered to pay $12 million dollars in restitution after he was convicted in embezzling millions of dollars from the actor while working as his business manager.
McCauley was charged on three counts of larceny, forgery and embezzlement, and sentenced to serve between five and six years in prison. His wife, Erica McCauley, was also sentenced for up to three years behind bars.
Now a judge has ordered McCauley to re-pay the twelve million he stole from the actor, which we’re guessing he’s not going to be able to do on a jail salary.
