Courtney Love will be back in court this month to stand trial over a defamation case that is the subject of one of her famous Twitter rants.
Designer Dawn Simorangker is suing love for defamation after Love reportedly ordered custom made designer clothes and failed to pay the bill.
That lead Love to lash out on Twitter calling the designer a prostitute, drug dealer, and accuses her of using Love simply for fame.
One Tweet read: “She has received a VAST amount of money from me over 40,000 dollars and I do not make people famous and get raped TOO!”
This will be the first high profile case that comes as a result of a Twitter post, and the trial is set to kick off on January 18th according to The Hollywood Reporter.
