Jessica Simpson was rumored to be up for the gig, but took to her Twitter page to clear up the rumor.
She writes:
“Just to clear up a rumor…I am NOT going to judge X Factor!!! I don’t even know where that info came from.”
It doesn’t get much more official than that.
