Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from her husband, Pete Wentz, according to reports.
In the papers filed Wednesday morning at an LA court room, Simpson is citing irreconcilable differences, and seeking joint legal custody, and primary physical custody of their two year old son, Bronx.
The source goes on to say that Ashlee is seeking spousal support, and child support from Pete, and there is no pre-nup.
Simpson and Wentz were married back in May, 2008, and were honestly two celebs that you probably never thought would split!
