Paris Hilton has filed a lawsuit in a New York court room against an Italian lingerie company whom she claims failed to promote her fashion line in Europe.
Hilton signed a deal with Italian designer Le Bonitas last year to launch her own line of lingerie, beachwear, and pajamas under their company name, but alleges that their five-year deal ended up falling through due to lack of promotion of the products.
In January, Hilton filed the suit in Manhattan for the sum of $1.5 million dollars, in guaranteed royalties as the company breached the contract.
However, according to the New York Post, Le Bonitas has fired back at the heiress claiming that Hilton ignored designs and prototypes that were sent to her for approval, ultimately leading them to shred the contract.
Sounds like this one has settlement all over it.
