Lindsay Lohan might want to think twice, maybe three times about taking that plea deal in her now famous necklace theft case.
Judge Schwartz has offered up a plea deal of 3 months behind bars, which would translate to a little under twenty days with overcrowding and the whole ordeal would be finished, however if Lohan chooses to plead “not guilty” and go to trial, there is reportedly some sort of “shocking” and “damaging” evidence in her probation report that would put her behind bars for a long time.
The evidence, which has been kept top secret all along is reportedly so damaging, that if Lohan were to go to court and face Judge Stephanie Sautner, she would be forced to fully throw the book at her.
However Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, isn’t buying it.
Holley explains; “Judge Schwartz made it abundantly clear Thursday, on the record, that the probation violation, if proven, would be based on the theft allegation and nothing more. If there was such ‘devastating’ information in the Probation Report, wouldn’t the allegations be based on that?”
Starzlife has also recently heard that Lindsay want’s to go to trial because she’s sough out hardcore legal backup to prepare for the case, and is convinced she will not spend one second in jail. We will ave more on that shortly.
Holley has a point, what could this evidence be? We will find out soon enough if Lindsay doesn’t cop the plea!
