Christina Aguilera’s pop ballad ‘Beautiful,’ which was originally released in 2003, has been named the most empowering pop song of the last decade in the gay community.
Aguilera’s song took a third of the votes in The U.K. charity Stonewall’s poll which sought out to find the song with the best message to gay, lesbian, and bisexual community.
Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ came in third in the poll, and Katy Perry’s ‘Firework’ fifth.
