Halle Berry and Gabrielle Aubry were back in a Los Angeles court room this morning hoping to hammer out a custody and visitation agreement for their daughter, Nahla.
According to a report by TMZ, who was in the court room, the agreement is close to being made, with the only bump in the road being Halle’s acting schedule, which forces her to be out of town for periods of time.
It will be a big breakthrough if these two can hammer it out, as things got very nasty the last time Halle booked a flim role in Gary Marshall’s ‘New Years Eve,’ a film which she was forced to pull out of over the custody suit.
Good luck to both!
