Halle Berry and Gabrel Aubry were back in court this afternoon trying to hammer out a custody agreement over baby Nahla, but to no avail.
The last hangup in the custody battle was whether or not baby Nahla would be allowed to travel with Halle while she films movies in other cities besides Los Angeles.
No agreement was reached today, as TMZ reports that the Judge want’s to “look more globally at the custody arrangement.”
Berry and Aubry are still reportedly “ways away” from reaching a deal.
