MTV has tapped Jason Sudekis to host the 2011 movie awards.
Ryan Seacrest broke the news this morning on his radio program, and Sudekis released a statement shortly after saying:
“I’m sincerely flattered that the folks from the Mostly Teenage Viewers network have invited me to host this year and I look forward to keeping the streak of flawless and critically-lauded movie award show hosting in 2011 alive,”
The ‘Hall Pass’ actor joins a long list of other SNL alums to host the show, including Andy Samberg, Eddie Murphy and Jimmy Fallon.
The MTV Movie Awards will take place on June 5th in Los Angeles.
