Rihanna is now following him on Twitter, and he’s leading the charge at this year’s BET awards with six nominations.
Chris Brown’s comeback is officially on.
Not that anyone probably watches the BET awards, but it’s still an impressive feat for a man who just two years ago was arrested for a domestic dispute with then girlfriend Rihanna leaving her battered and bruised.
Brown wrote to his Twitter.com page after learning of the nominations: “Thx to B.E.T for all the support and I love you…”
Brown is up for Best Male R&B Artist, Viewer’s Choice and Video Of The Year, as well as twice in the Best Collaboration and Best Actor for his role in thriller Takers.
The BET awards are June 26 in Los Angeles, and we bet you will probably check the internet on the 27th to see who won.
