Transformers: Dark Of The Moon hits theaters on July 1st, but Shia LaBeouf has announced that it will be his last appearance in the franchise.
LaBeouf, who has starred in all three of the Transformers films thinks it’s time to move on to something new.
The actor tells MTV News: “I’m not coming back to do another one. I don’t think [director Michael Bay] will either,” he says. “It’s still a hot property, I think, especially coming out of the third one. So I imagine they’ll reboot it at some point with someone else.”
Megan Fox, who starred in the first two Transformers films, will not be appearing in the third.
Smart move, Shia.
