Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear before a Los Angeles judge after testing positive for alcohol, a violation of her house arrest.
Lohan was sentenced to 120 days behind bars for a 2007 DUI, however due to jail overcrowding was able to serve the sentence at home with an ankle bracelet.
Her home confinement began last month, and was due to be wrapped up in a couple of weeks, however last week the actress tested positive for alcohol, according to multiple reports.
During a recent interview with Life & Style, Lohan claims that she has banned alcohol from her Venice Beach home where she is serving her punishment. She’ll have to explain to the judge how she banned it from her home, but let it into her body…
