Ashlee Simpson has stepped out officially with her new boyfriend, Vincent Piazza in New York City.
The couple attended the premiere for the new season of his show, BoardWalk Empire on HBO.
The pair was all smiles on the red carpet.
Simpson filed for divorce from husband, Pete Wentz, back in February.
