Marcia Cross has spent the last eight years worrying about a strict diet during her time on Desperate Housewives, but as the final season winds down, the actress is looking forward to eating whatever she wants.
Cross, who turns 50 this year, stars as Bree Van De Kamp on the hit ABC series, and recently told Britain’s Easy Living magazine, “I’ve had to watch my weight for the show and am looking forward to not having to think about it anymore.”
As for whether or not she will ever go under the knife and get plastic surgery, the mother of two adds, “We (on the set of Desperate Housewives) say we’ll do anything as long as it doesn’t involve a knife! I’d never say no to surgery in the future, because I feel like, as I get older, I’m going to face temptation more.”
