Berry has been back in court over the custody and child support for Nahla with the child’s father, Gabriel Aubry, with her asking permission to move to France, and him asking for more money from the actress.
Court will resume on April 9th where the judge will possibly decide both requests.
Halle is sporting a walking boot for an injury, but doesn’t seem to be in much pain as she smiles and picks up her daughter.
