You can bet that Nick Lachey has his fingers crossed that when his wife, Vanessa Manillo, gives birth to the couple’s first child it’s a baby boy. All men want a baby boy, right?
But is Vanessa Manillo on board too? The tv host recently tweeted out to her followers, “I’m excited either way! But I always wanted a boy 1st,”
Vanessa must have faced a lot of criticism for innocently crossing her fingers for a boy, because she was later forced to clarify; “@NickSLachey & I are praying for a healthy baby First & Foremost! I just always envisioned a boy 1st to take care of his siblings.”
As for the chance that the couple has a girl, she continued; “A baby girl would be just as much of a blessing. And she’d have @NickSLachey wrapped around her finger!”
Clearly a healthy baby is the first priority for the Lacheys, but is it a crime to have a preference?
