Kardashian was promoting the new scent, ‘True Reflection’ at the London Hotel in West Hollywood when she was hit from behind with a white powder that covered her back and hair.
The fire department was called in to investigate the powder, which turned out to be cooking flour.
Kardashian was taken to a private room to clean up. The woman was detained for her actions.
