Though no arrests have been made in the case involving Chris Brown and the stealing of a fans iPhone in Miami after a concert last month, authorities are still investigating the case.
The Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle recently released a statement saying:
“We have taken the statements of our local witnesses and have just finished discussing with the lead Miami Beach Detective the additional witness information supplied by Mr. Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos. We must now interview these individuals, some of whom may be from out of state, just as we do in every criminal investigation in order to uncover the truth in its entirety.”
Brown is”hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges,” and it seems as if the State Attorney is going to give all sides a fair shot.
They are said to be looking into all of the details of what went down before Brown snatched the phone.
Brown is currently on probation until 2014 for the infamous incident with Rihanna in 2009, so being charged in this case would do him no favors. Hopefully the truth will come out and favors the R&B singer, for his sake.
It takes far less courage to kill yourself than it
