Lindsay Lohan, (the name at least) is being dragged over to the wrong side of the law again.
An unidentified woman has filed a police report over the holiday weekend, claiming that Lindsay Lohan attacked her on Thursday night at LA hotspot The Standard.
Sgt. Ed Hummel of the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department reported to the Daily News, “The person claims she was punched in the back by Lohan.”
Steve Honig, a rep for Lindsay Lohan has discredited the allegations, telling reporters “Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.”
TMZ.com has done a little digging into the situation, asking staffers from The Standard about the allegations, to which nobody claims to have heard of or seen any altercation, or even any proof that Lohan was in the building on Thursday.
