Lindsay Lohan’s night club accuser better have some solid evidence to support her story, because Lindsay’s lawyer has vowed to take action against the woman claiming Lindsay shoved her in an alleged altercation at a Los Angeles night spot if she is found to have made a false statement.
The anonymous female claims the altercation took place at the Standard Hotel on Thursday night and filed an incident report with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department over the weekend.
Lindsay’s rep, along with multiple staffers at the club have claimed she was nowhere near the club that night, and in fact was home at the time of the incident.
Police are currently investigating the allegations, and now Shawn Chapman Holley has now revealed she is hoping for a prosecution if the woman is found to have not been honest with cops.
Holley tells TMZ, “If it’s true that someone made false accusations against Ms. Lohan and reported those false claims to police, we will take appropriate action – which includes seeking the prosecution of that individual.”
