Russell Brand is heading back to the MTV Movie Awards this June for his third time hosting the show.
Brand hosted the 2008 and 2009 awards, where he made headlines by referring to George W. Bush as “a retarded cowboy fella” while urging fans to vote for Obama, and calling Britney Spears the second coming of Christ as she made her comeback from 2007. He also ragged on the Jonas Brothers for their purity rings.
Brand will host the June 3rd event and tells MTV news; “The MTV Movie Awards incorporates two of my favorite things. Movies and Awards. If somehow group sex could be involved it would be the greatest night of my life.”
Wonder if Katy Perry will be in attendance? Awkward!
