Baruch Eichenbaum, the next door neighbor of Wilmer Valderrama has filed a lawsuit against the actor alleging that Valderrama has been throwing wild parties at his Hollywood Hills home.
The man claims he has written seven letters and made doezens of phone calls to the actor over noise disturbance over the course of several years, but they have all been ignored.
The neighbor filed papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court stating that he has had to suffer “ongoing and continuing loud and disturbing noises from the property,” and has also called the police on several occasions.
Even when parties aren’t going on, the neighbor complains of barking dogs during all hours of the night, forcing him to call Animal Control.
Eichenbaum is asking the judge to demand that Valderrama keep the noise down, and also seeking monetary compensation according to a report on TMZ.
