The Hunger Games cleaned up at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles, landing awards for both best actor and best actress for Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence for their roles in the first installment of the film franchise.
In addition, the film earned honors for Best On-Screen Transformation (Elizabeth Banks,) as well as Best Fight.
Best Kiss went to Twilight’s Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson for the fourth year in a row, while ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, was able to edge out Hunger Games for Best Movie.
