Author Heather Porter held an exclusive signing for her new book, Body Back: The mother’s handbook to medical, physical, and emotional well-being, in Beverly Hills on Thursday afternoon.
Porter, a mother of four, shares her hands-on experience of getting your self back after pregnancy. By providing a relatable approach to what a lot of new mothers experience, Porter is able to address all of the issues that most new moms should know but are afraid to ask.
