A fairly sad ending to the marriage of David Arquette and Courteney Cox.
Two years after the couple had separated, Arquette finally filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences. The news of the divorce filing came on the day of their would be 13th wedding anniversary. Wednesday, their daughter Coco turns eight years old.
Arquette requested joint legal and physical custody of Coco in the papers. The actor will also represent himself in court according to the documents.
The actor, and Cox, who met on the set of ‘Scream,’ still famously get along, as they run a production company together.
Arquette has most recently been dating TV reporter Christina McLarty, who was once married to Joe Francis of ‘Girls Gone Wild’ fame.
