Rocker Courtney Love just cant escape the legal drama.
A former assistant is suing the ‘Hole’ singer, alleging that Love asked her to break the law and counterfeit legal documents.
The woman, named Jessica LaBrie, claims Love intentionally withheld salary because she refused to “commit fraudulent, unlawful, and unethical acts,” according to the documents posted on TMZ.com.
LaBrie also claims that Love asked her to hire a computer hacker, but has not revealed the reason one was needed.
Her tenure as assistant lasted from June 2010 to July 2011, when she was forced to resign due to no payment.
