Taylor Swift is headed back to the big screen! The ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ singer has signed on to play Joni Mitchell in the highly anticipated movie adaptation of the Sheila Weller book, ‘Girls Like Us.’
Swift has been linked to the project for months, which chronicles the lives of Mitchell, and singer/songwriters Carly Simon, and Carole King. According to a new report in Variety, Swift has officially booked the role.
Swift previously had a small role in the star-studded film, ‘Valentines Day,’ playing opposite her former boyfriend, Taylor Lautner.
