Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina were involved in a massive argument this morning in NYC that lead to the cops being called.
First reports claimed that the mother/daughter rift began when Lindsay refused to let Dina use her limo service to return home to Long Island instead of taking a cab after a night out together. That lead to an altercation that left Lindsay with scratches on her leg, and a broken bracelet. Cops arrived at the scene, but nobody was arrested.
A new source close to the situation has come forward and reported that it wasn’t just about the limo. It all started because Dina Lohan owns her daughter $40,000, and when the argument ensued, Lindsay brought up the debt, and it set Dina off.
The source explains:
“Lindsay recently gave Dina $40,000 and after partying in the club together, she told her mom she wanted the money back when the huge fight started. Dina was arguing with Lindsay and all Lindsay wanted to do was get out of the car and get away from her mother.”
Everything seems to be all good now, with Lindsay and Dina being photographed sharing a hug this morning, just hours after the fight, but that doesn’t mean Lindsay is unaware of her family’s craziness!
Lindsay reportedly told friends:
“My family is fu**king crazy and someone had a little too much to drink. I didn’t feel safe at all.’”
Hopefully all of the Lohan’s get it together soon! Lindsay has a comeback to worry about! She doesn’t need this!
