A pedestrian named Victor Sneed is filing a lawsuit against Russell Brand for his “negligent driving,” claiming that he was severely inconvenienced after an incident that left him with damaged personal property and hospital bills.
According to the court docs filed in the LA Superior Court, Sneed is seeking more than $25,000 for hospital bills, damages, and lost wages.
The extent of the injuries were not specified in the legal documents, or much of the actual happenings at all.
So far, Russell Brand has not commented on the suit.
