Gabriel Aubry, ex to Halle Berry has been arrested and booked on a battery charge.
Aubry is the father to Berry’s daughter, Nahla, and he got into a fight with Halle’s fiance Olivier Martinez at the actresses’ LA home on Thursday.
Martinez reportedly made a citizen’s arrest before police arrived to the scene, and both men were taken to the hospital for a checkup after the fight, with Aubry reportedly suffering a broken rib, while Martinez was left with an injured hand.
According to the commanding officer from the LAPD Media Relations who spoke with People.com, Aubry “was booked for a private persons arrest for battery” with his bail set at $20,000
The fight allegedly began over problems stemming from the child custody case between Berry and Aubry. By the sounds of the injuries, it sound’s like Martinez may have injured his hand while delivering a beat down!
