Bruce Springsteen will be joined by Bon Jovi and a host of other famous musicians to host a benefit concert for the victims of Superstorm Sandy.
The event, which takes place on 12-12-12 (the last date of it’s kind in our lifetime) will be held at Madison Square Garden and benefit the Robin Hood Relief Fund, which offers assistance to those effected in the tri-state area.
The concert will be broadcast on December 12, and will be live-streamed at 121212concert.org as well. Musicians such as Paul McCartney and Eric Claption will join from abroad.
Other artists scheduled to perform include Dave Grohl, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Chris Martin, Eddie Vedder, Roger Waters, Kanye West, The Who and many more!
The show will also be simulcast live at 7:30 p.m. in select theaters located in the storm-impacted areas, and tickets will be available for free on a first-come basis. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. Information on the theaters that will be showing the concert are available at the website.
