Doesn’t One Have to Earn This Honor?

Heidi Montag has made the executive decision of launching her career under one name;  Heidi.

We know her as Montag from The Hills and she’s now a Pratt via her marriage license, but in the music industry she’s going  to be known simply as Heidi.

Mrs. Pratt recently told E! News; “In keeping with the great tradition of stars like Madonna and Cher who are on a first-name-only basis with their fans, I’ve decided to go by the name of ‘Heidi,’ “

Ummm.. did someone with 5 songs on iTunes just include themselves in the great tradition of Madonna and Cher???
