Judge Steven Scheer, who set Mark’s bond at $50,000 dollars with the order that he not return to the Tybee Island area except for future court dates, isn’t buying the betrothed angle. And Mark, who requested a court-appointed attorney, probably isn’t buying his way out of prison with an extra 50 grand any time soon.
