Speaking of poisonous creatures….

 The same day Larry King was caught playing with a rubber snake, video from Hilary Duff’s new movie, War Inc. surfaced where cute little Lizzy McGuire was caught with a scorpion…IN HER PANTS!  Some may consider it shocking, a former disney star crossing over to the dark side… but let’s get serious.. shouldn’t you be used to it by now!??  Miss Duff, who you may be used to seeing in movies such as Cheaper by the Dozen, and A Cinderella Story, is starring in a new film called War Inc.  The movie is a political satire which stars John Cusak, but to be honest, I didn’t even make it through the synopsis before being bored to death and stopped reading, and heck, the only good scene of the movie is now available to view on YouTube!  In this scene Duff, who cleverly portrays a pop star in the movie, takes a scorpion and places it down the front of her pants while performing some sort of a belly dance.  Then just when you think it isn’t going to get anymore interesting, a man reaches his hand down the front of her pants and pulls the scorpion out. (Role of a lifetime if you ask me.  I would have done it for free)   Even though Hilary was quoted telling OK! magazine a few months back that she “feels like there’s so much time for that,” she said at the time. “I think there are actresses who want to get so far away from what people thought they were like or that they can do. It’s just shocking to me because you’re still so young. When I’m 25 or 30, I want to have some place to go and something I’ve never done. Now I think I can start to challenge myself and do different things that aren’t for such a young audience, but I think it’s important not to completely abandon them.”  It appears as if she has decided now is the time!  Perhaps she was thinking, after what Vanessa Hudgens pulled back in the fall, and how it had nothing but positive effect on her career, it’s time to do something a little more risky. To view Hilary’s scene in War Inc, click here or view above.  To actually see this movie, head to theaters on May 23.
