Most parents would cringe at the thought, but Kirstie Alley is actually thrilled that her son, William True, is engaged at the young age of seventeen.
During a chat with Ellen DeGeneres that airs today, Alley explains;
“I feel good because they’re really in love. True’s very … he’s got a level head. He’s a good guy. He’s very monogamous, and he’s very sweet with her.”
Plus, Alley admits she’s not exactly a real success story when it comes to marriages, as both of her marriages failed. Ages 19, and 30.
She says; “I was married at just 19 years old, and that didn’t work. Then I was married when I was 30 years old, and that’s when everyone said you should get married, and that didn’t work. So, I don’t think I’m an expert on the subject.”
