We spotted the lovely Kate Beckinsale visiting a doctor in Santa Monica today.
Kate even got a special escort to the car by the doc when the appointment was over. Perhaps he’s a big Underworld fan.
Lucky for him, Underworld 4 has been announced, and is scheduled for a 2011 release!
