Now that Katherine Heigl is a full time mommy, she’s going to have to take that into consideration when choosing her movie roles.
During a recent interview promoting her movie, Killers, with Ashton Kutcher, Heigel reveals:
“I’d hope to never do anything that I would be ashamed for her to see, but now that I’ve got a child I’m not going to only do children’s films. I love stories and opportunities to play different characters, but I won’t do anything that’s shocking and horrible in terms of playing someone totally despicable.”
It’s called ACTING Katherine. One day, your daughter won’t be a baby, and she’ll realize that her mom is NOT who her mom plays on TV and in the movies.
The one logical thing she said, was regarding going away on long shoots during these important child years, saying she’ll take that into consideration as well, explaining: “My work now is so about her. I don’t want to do anything that will take me away from her for too long or put her in an environment that she’s not comfortable in.”
We get that, but take the rolls that pay the bills!
Killers hits theaters this Friday.
She made $24 million from her last two movies..I dont think bills are an issue 🙂
