Lindsay Lohan is in court this morning, and things are NOT looking good.
Lindsay arrived to the courthouse in a pair of white pants with a black low cut top, to face Judge Keith Schwartz, who informed her that he didn’t care she was Lindsay Lohan, and that if she took a plea deal, she would go to jail.
According to TMZ, the DA in the case, Jeanette Meyers, made a plea offer during a private chamber session that was for Lohan to spend six months in jail!
The judge revealed in open court that he thought Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, would not take the deal, as they were going to try and avoid jail time.
Unfortunately, jail time is looking imminent. Lindsay will be back in court on March 10, where she will have the option of pleading guilty or no contest. If she does so, she will at least be admitting guilt to probation violation, which would earn her some jail time, hopefully less than the six month plea.
The judge is also seeking a psychological evaluation for Lindsay Lohan that will help him understand her better when it comes down to the sentencing process.
The saga continues, and you only have to wait until March 10 for the next chapter!
