Looks like Lindsay Lohan wants to roll the dice and go to trial.
Lohan has decided to not take the plea in her jewelry theft case, and will face the jury to decide her fate at a trial next month.
Lindsay will face off against Judge Sautner, who has been described as “tough but fair,” so hopefully for Lindsay’s sake she can present enough evidence that proves she didn’t steal anything. Still even if she can, she’s going to have to face probation violation for even having to participate in a trial, and that’s where the judge could also potentially lock her up.
If she would have taken the plea, she would have only served 19 days due to jail overcrowding. But she’s rolling the die on April 22.
If somehow she walks away from that trial not guilty and serves no jail time for probation violation, we think Lindsay Lohan will be officially back.
But will she walk away is the question.
