So just how did Lindsay Lohan, who’s career has been on a slow skid for some time now get picked for the role of Victoria Gotti alongside John Travolta in the new Gotti film, beating out Gossip Girl star Blake Lively and Sienna Miller?
She was hand picked!
According to a report, Victoria Gotti picked Lohan herself to play the role in the film.
Gotti was reportedly not having it that Lively and Miller were being considered for the role, and suggested Lohan play the part, to which the producers loved the idea!
Also according to the source, Lohan is a long time friend of the Gotti family, who spend a lot of time together on Long Island over the summers.
Lindsay is currently back in LA where Starlife has confirmed that she is auditioning for a small villain role in the new Superman film, before traveling back to New York on April 12 to finalize the Gotti deal.
That could be two HUGE films for Lohan.
