Bret Lockett is the man claiming that he and Kim Kardashian had a physical relationship all while she was dating NBA star Kris Humphries, and while Kardashian is denying that the two have ever met, he’s sticking by his story, and it looks like it’s headed to court.
Sources close to Kardashian claim that they will be filing the suit as early as Monday, and Lockett’s first real date with Kardashian will be in a court room.
Lockett claims he has text messages and photos from the “affair”, and on Friday, he finally admitted to “Showbiz Tonight” that he never actually met Kim Kardashian.
Team Kardashian fired off a legal letter to Lockett in the past couple of days, informing him that court was in his future.
It appears it’s just another case of a guy trying to get his name in the paper.
It worked, but he might not be happy with the end results.
