Lindsay Lohan is winning a big battle against the system!
Lohan, who was in court this afternoon after testing positive for alcohol was not forced to jail by the judge, because there was no real violation.
Judge Stephanie Saunter revealed that Lindsay’s prior judge, Eldin Fox, did not order any drug or alcohol testing past February 25, 2011. Therefore, even though she was caught with alcohol in her system, there was no violation of any probation.
Lindsay’s only punishment for the rest of her house arrest is that she is only permitted to have one guest to the house at a time, including family members. (She’s been famously having house parties while on house arrest.)
What this essentially means, is that Lindsay can drink as much as she wants, and even do drugs at her Venice home if she so pleases, because there is no court order for any drug or alcohol testing by the probation department. As long as she doesn’t drive, she’s allowed to drink.
