Arnold Schwarzenegger and his son, Patrick, jetted off to Austria this week to attend the unveiling of a bronze statue of the action star at a museum honoring his life in his home town of Thal Austria.
The museum is located in the renovated home where a young Schwarzenegger grew up from 1947 until 1966, when he left the village to compete in the Mr. Universe competition.
The home is filled with artifacts of the actor turned politician’s life, including his childhood bed, dumbbells, a Harley Davidson motorcycle used in ‘Terminator,’ and his sword from Conan the Barbarian.
