A Judge in Aspen has allowed Brooke Mueller to return to Los Angeles, after she was arrested this past week for assault and drug possession inside an Aspen night club.
Mueller was arrested on Friday night on suspicion of third degree assault, and cocaine possession, and was released on $11,000 bond.
Charlie Sheen, with whom Mueller has two twin boys returned home from a trip to Colombia to take care of the boys while Mueller sort out her legal trouble, but the judge granted her permission to return to LA where she arrived on Monday.
Brooke has been ordered to return to Aspen on December 19th for a court hearing.
