The latest news surrounding the sudden death of Whitney Houston is that the legendary singer had passed away before slipping under water in the bath tub in what looked like an apparent drowning.
Water was found in the lungs of Houston, as she was pulled from a bathtub unconscious once found on Saturday afternoon, but the coroner’s office has revealed that the amount of water found in Whitney’s lungs was too low to suspect drowning.
It’s believed she passed away from a mix of Xanax and other prescription medications, which caused her to slip under the water after she passed.
It will take four to six weeks for toxicology reports to come in.
