Katherine Jackson has been reinstated as the guardian of her late son Michael’s three kids, after agreeing to share the responsibility with her grandson TJ.
A judge in LA suspended Katherine Jackson as the primary guardion for Prince, Paris, and Blanket just weeks ago during a family feud, which began when Jackson was reported missing.
The 82 year old returned to her Calabasas home last week after a 10-day stay at an Arizona resort. Jackson had originally vowed to fight the court’s decision to give TJ full custody, but has changed her tune and agreed to share the responsibility with her grandson.
The deal was made official on Thursday in an LA court room, just a week after she was stripped of her duties. A formal hearing on the decision has been scheduled for August 22.
