Following in the footsteps of Justin Bieber and Katy Perry, Beyonce is the latest musician to be working on an autobiographical film.
The LA Times is reporting that the pop star is shopping around a documentary that she plans to produce, direct, and star in.
With Bieber’s ‘Never Say Never’ making $73 million domestically with a $13 million budget, and Perry’s ‘Part of Me’ making a profitable $24 million, it’s a sure thing that someone will pick up the Beyonce film.
Last June, Beyonce starred in an MTV documentary series ‘Beyonce: Year of 4,” which chronicled the recording process of her latest album. The new Beyonce film will likely follow her on tour and feature more of a backstory about the singer.
